QuickSync is an Intel technology that enables video decoding through the graphics processor embedded in its processors. To use QuickSync your computer must support the use of the built-in video card Intel HD Graphics and it must be active in the operating system. It is recommended to use QuickSync for viewing 5-megapixel or larger images, where hardware decoding gains are most notable.
